Upcoming Channel Enhancements With More High-Definition Channels

Effective July 12, 2022, all Westman Communications Group residential and business TV subscribers will transition to the new High-Definition (HD) channel lineup at no additional cost. The new lineup will offer a more streamlined viewing experience, including similar channels aligning with each other (example: Sportsnet channels will be with the TSN channels). This change will also allow you to view most of your channels in high-definition quality.  

You will notice a difference in channel numbers due to this switch.

HD Channel FAQ

The changes will take place on July 12, 2022, for all residential and business members at no additional cost.

All channel numbers will change to the new Digital TV listing, which was previously mailed to ALL members. If you are missing any channels, Residential Customers please contact 1.800.665.3337 or info@westmancom.com., and Westman Business customers please contact 1-888-759-2225 or wbsupport@westmancom.com.

Yes. There is no need to lift a finger, as your guide will update automatically on July 12, 2022. Your equipment and remote will work the same; you will only notice the different channel numbers.

To view the channels and their corresponding channel number, you can reference the grid guide on your TV by pressing “Guide” on your remote. You can also refer to the channel guide that was recently mailed to you. If you did not receive the new channel guide in the mail, it is available online, Westman Communications Group: Westman TV Packages and Channels. Also, you can call our friendly Customer Service Team at 1.800.665.3337 for Residential customers, 1-888-759-2225 for Business customers, and they will send it to you by mail or email.

The channels being removed are Teletoon (West), Family Channel (West), W Network (West), and NTV Newfoundland. (Note for the 3 West coast feeds mentioned, the East coast feed for those channels will still be available.) If you notice that a channel you previously were subscribed to is no longer available on your channel guide, Residential Customers please contact 1.800.665.3337 or info@westmancom.com., and Business customers please contact 1-888-759-2225 or wbsupport@westmancom.com.

No change will occur. All recordings will remain on your TV if you still subscribe to the channel.

You can also refer to the physical channel guide that was recently mailed to you. If you are a Residential Customer and did not receive the new channel guide in the mail, call our Westman Communications Group Customer Service Team at 1.800.665.3337, and they will send it to you by mail.
