Online Billing FAQs

Some questions you may have regarding Online Billing

Go to myaccount.westmancom.com and log in. Select View Billing Information on the left side of the website page. Once you are there simply click the 'View Billing Information' button and you will automatically be registered for paperless billing and will have access to your current account information and statements.

As we are dedicated to providing our customers with a secure online environment we would ask that you contact our local Technical Support group at 204-571-0501 or 1-800-665-3337 ext 2803 to have an account set up with Westman.

Once your account is set up, your next bill will be online and you will then begin to accumulate a statement history of up to 6 months. When your bill is ready for viewing, a notification will be sent to you by email.

No. When you sign up to have your bill delivered online you will no longer receive a paper bill through traditional mail. However, if you do require a hard copy statement you can click on the 'Current Online Statement' and print a copy of your bill from the Westman site for your records.

You can also access and save past statements by clicking on the 'Paper Statement' link from the 'View Statement' and select the month you would like to review.

You receive an email notification when your bill is ready each month.

Westman is pleased to offer this service free of charge to its customers.

Not at this time but Westman is continually looking at alternative ways for customers to make payments on their account.
