How to manage your bill during a work disruption at Canada Post
As you might know, there could be a work disruption at Canada Post. This means that delivery of your paper bill could be delayed or interrupted. To arrange bill payment, please call customer service at 204-725-4300 or 1-800-665-3337.
To help make sure you can get your bill, consider switching from paper to online billing.
To view you current bill and account history online, follow these steps:
- Each month when your Westman Online Bill is ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to the Westman website, myaccount.westmancom.com. Simply click on the link and log in.
(Please note: If you haven’t already created a log in, you’ll have to do that first by calling our local Customer Service and Technical support group at 204-571-0501 or 1-800-665-3337).
- Click on the View Statements tab. When you click on the green 'View Statements' button, you will be automatically registered for paperless billing and will have access to your current account information. At this time, your account will also begin to accumulate a statement history of up to 6 months.
- Your bill details and contact information are completely protected and not shared with any other company.
- Once your account is set up, your next bill will be online and you will then begin to accumulate a statement history of up to 6 months. When your bill is ready for viewing, a notification will be sent to you by email.
