Not Authorized Error on Screen

No cause for concern; let's see if we can fix this together so you can get you back to enjoying your favorite Movie or TV show.


  1. Unplug the power cord for the cable box at the spot where it connects into the back of the box.

  2. Wait 20 seconds, then plug the power cord back in to the box.

  3. The box should power back on once you plug it back in but if it does not, power it on with the Cable/CBL button on your remote.
