Err-7 or Err-255

1. Please unplug power to your the cable box and plug it back in, now wait about 30 minutes to an hour and try the service again.

2. If the error is still present, please check any other cable boxes in the house and see if they can load VOD

3. If others work, please check all cable connections on the affected cable box.  If the error is still present, please contact our local support desk via phone, chat or email.

4. If more than one cable box is affected, please contact our local support desk via phone, chat or email.

 

SRM-8001 or SRM 8012

1. Please wait and try the title again after some time has passed.

2. If still not working after an hour, please contact our local support desk via phone, chat or email.

Not Subscribed or Error Retrieving Data

1. The title you are trying to order is part of a VOD package you don't subscribe to. Please contact our Customer Service department to subscribe to this package.
