Important Changes to Sandy Lake Services – Please Read

Dear Westman Member,


We appreciate your loyalty with your continued choice to use the services provided by Westman Communications Group (Westman). Your loyalty is important to us; as such, this notice is to inform you of a significant upgrade happening soon in your area.


Westman is preparing for Cable TV services to be upgraded to enable us to switch ALL channels to Digital. These improvements will make additional services available to you, including high-speed Internet, home phone, and whole home PVR service.


Starting March 18 – April 19, 2019, we will be conducting maintenance to reinforce our network infrastructure to support these upgrades. Our goal is to keep service interruptions to a minimum during this time, but there could be a few during the initial stages (between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.) Please note that these interruptions could last a few minutes or a few hours.
